WMPG 2006 Election Coverage
WMPG has begun its first major coordinated local news project with plans to
cover the 2006 election. In the months to come we intend to feature voices
of candidates, voices of voters, locally produced reports on issues, and
live debates and/or forums. Our coverage will be wide-ranging, but focus on
subject of interest to voters in greater Portland. We are excited to be
collaborating with various other entities in our coverage, including The
Bollard, The Muskie School, and faculty and students from USM's department
of Political Science, among others. We continue to seek collaboration
partners. For more information call (207) 780-4598 or e-mail the WMPG Program Director.
